How to Return an Item

  2. Return Authorization: You will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the item. Please ensure that the RA number is included with your returned item to process your return quickly.
  3. Return Shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping cost, unless the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item.   1. Refunds

Eligibility for Refunds

  • The returned items meet our return conditions (unused, unopened, etc.).

If your return is approved, we will issue your refund using the original payment method. Please note that, depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Non-Refundable Items
