1. How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your package. Alternatively, you can log into your account and check your order history for tracking details.

2. How do I make changes to my order?

Orders can only be modified before they are processed. Once your order has been confirmed, it is sent to our warehouse for packing and shipment. If you need to make a change, please contact our support team as soon as possible. Unfortunately, we cannot make changes after an order has been processed.

3. Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be canceled within [X] hours of placing the order, before they are processed for shipment. If you would like to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team immediately. After this window, cancellations cannot be processed.

4. How long does it take for my order to be delivered?

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method you choose and your location. Typically:

  • Express Shipping: For faster delivery, we offer express shipping, which typically arrives within 3 business days. This option may be available for select items and locations.
